Coordinators spend up to four hours per patient case manually transcribing documents, and many routinely paste sensitive data into ChatGPT, DeepL or Papago. Under the 2026 PIPA amendments, that practice now exposes clinics to fines of up to 10% of annual revenue. There is no legal way to process foreign patient records at scale. Until now.
The coordinator generates a white-label secure upload link branded for the clinic. The patient signs PIPA Article 23 Tiered Consent directly on their phone — no app download — and uploads documents in any format and any language.
Documents are processed inside CSAP-certified Korean cloud infrastructure. OCR extracts text, PII is pseudonymized locally before any LLM touches it, then Naver HyperCLOVA X translates and structures the content. SNOMED CT maps the diagnoses to Korean KCD codes and, when needed, US CPT codes for Superbill generation.
The coordinator sees a clean structured summary in Korean, ready to copy into any existing EMR (UBcare, BIT, Uisarang, BESTCare — no API integration required). Four hours of manual work becomes under two minutes of automated processing.
