Secure Ingestion
The coordinator generates a white-label secure upload link branded for the clinic. The patient signs PIPA Article 23 Tiered Consent directly on their phone — no app download — and uploads documents in any format and any language.
Axonik is a B2B SaaS platform that turns foreign patient documents into PIPA-compliant structured Korean clinical summaries — in under two minutes. Built for Korean clinics and medical tourism agencies serving international patients.
Korean EMR systems serve 100% of domestic patients — and have zero infrastructure for foreign-language records. Coordinators spend up to four hours per patient case manually transcribing documents, and many routinely paste sensitive data into ChatGPT, DeepL or Papago. Under the 2026 PIPA amendments, that practice now exposes clinics to fines of up to 10% of annual revenue. There is no legal way to process foreign patient records at scale. Until now.

Documents are processed inside CSAP-certified Korean cloud infrastructure. OCR extracts text, PII is pseudonymized locally before any LLM touches it, then Naver HyperCLOVA X translates and structures the content. SNOMED CT maps the diagnoses to Korean KCD codes and, when needed, US CPT codes for Superbill generation.
The coordinator sees a clean structured summary in Korean, ready to copy into any existing EMR (UBcare, BIT, Uisarang, BESTCare — no API integration required). Four hours of manual work becomes under two minutes of automated processing.
Most foreign clinical AI vendors are scrambling to meet Korean privacy law. Axonik was designed inside it from day one — every architectural decision flows from PIPA Article 23, the MFDS Information Tool classification, and the new fines that took effect in 2026.
Patient identifiers are replaced with tokens locally, inside the Korean cloud, before any data is sent to a language model.
Source files are permanently deleted after processing. Only the structured Korean summary is kept, on the clinic's side.
Hosted exclusively on Korean cloud regions certified under the Cloud Security Assurance Program. No data ever leaves Korea.
Operates as an Information Tool — outside the regulatory burden of medical-device software, while still meeting clinical-grade standards.
Every clinical summary is reviewed and approved by a licensed coordinator before reaching the surgeon. Axonik never makes autonomous decisions.
Auto-generate US insurance Superbills with CPT codes mapped from the Korean clinical summary. For clinics serving US patients.
Full white-label deployment for medical tourism agencies — your brand, your domain, multi-clinic admin panel, and revenue share on referrals.
